I got off to a bad start with this place for the same reason as a previous poster. I booked an appointment for my son with one provider but then someone called me and told that particular provider didn't see children so I had to rebook the whole appointment again, which took some time because I again had to type in family medical history, upload insurance cards, etc. However, once we got there, everything went really well. It was fast and efficient and the nurse who saw us first was friendly and did a good job. We also saw Dr. Webster and thought he was really good, too. He was nice and explained everything very clearly and didn't seem rushed. So, despite my initial frustrations we had a good experience and I'd go back.

Lindsey was great! She was attentive to all of my concerns. I saw her for a new patient appointment and it quickly escalated to addressing a more serious and acute concern. Her care ended up addressing a very serious issue that would have gotten worse, very quickly, if it weren’t for her thorough and attentive nature. She is great!!!

I was searching for a new primary care doctor after mine left the area. I saw this new place and investigated:. Online appointment scheduling and great availability led me to give it a try. My appointment went very smoothly. Hardly any wait and Dr Burke was empathetic and engaged. He spent quite a bit of time with me considering it was just a general checkup, reviewing my history and answering my questions. The blood draw in the same office the next day was also great. No appointment was needed and i didn't even feel the nurse stick me. It was over before I knew it. Bottom line - I like businesses that I can walk to and AllCare has gained a new patient. I appreciate the communications they send about my appointment and tests - both texts and emails are available to select.

My recent visit to AllCare Primary Care to see Dr. Richard Webster for bronchitis was exceptional. Not only was Dr. Webster polite and attentive, but all the staff members were also very polite and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean and modern, providing a comfortable environment for patients. Dr. Webster listened attentively to all my concerns, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and care. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would rate it 10/10

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had a negative experience. Yesterday, Dr Webster was great! He reviewed my previous records in the practice (not common in urgent care facilities, but very important), listened and asked questions, was very attentive and offered short and long term solutions to my current condition. His MA, Chamika, was also very sweet and attentive and the girl at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable, funny and easygoing. Great team at this office. Being in the healthcare field, I appreciate the way they care for people. Thanks!

Started feeling ill late at night, so I made an appointment. Dr. Najjoum saw me first thing the following morning and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy right away. Excellent service!

Dr. Weber was thorough. Thank you. I found the electronic check-in process (as a first time patient) easy to use. I was also impressed with being able to perform my blood draw from the building next door. This was convenient and fast without an appointment. Additionally, viewing my test results from my phone 24 hours later contributes to my positive experience. Patients with older phones may not have the same experience. But I recommend giving AllCare a chance if you haven't been there before.

My experience with both the front desk receptionist and the nurse was excellent. The nurse l, Wanda who checked blood pressure, encouraged me stay relaxed. (I get nervous in doctor’s offices). My provider, Dr Webster was knowledgeable and detail oriented. I was able to take concise notes on next steps. Overall, great first time experience.

I visited AllCare at the Ballston location for an annual physical exam. Dr. Webster was very attentive to my health history and my questions. The lab for blood work is next door so everything was quite convenient. A good experience.
